If you are interested in the White House tour, we will need specific information for each individual attending. Please submit the following information for each person in the space provided below:

  4. Are you a U.S. Citizen?
  5. Do you require any accommodations? (wheelchair, Braille, ASL interpreter, etc.)
  6. Social Security Number


There can be no changes or substitutions once information has been passed along to the White House. This information will be held in strict confidence and only passed along to the White House (U.S. Secret Service) for background security clearance.
