Sam meets with Michael Okot, 16, at the Uganda Children of War Rehabilitation Centre, a shelter for children who have escaped the army of the rebel insurgents terrorizing northern Uganda.  The teenager was forced to kill two of his mother's sisters by members of the insurgent army, and is now receiving care at the shelter run by World Vision.
