For White House Tour Only: If you are interested in the White House tour, we will need specific information for each individual attending. Please submit the following information for each person in the space provided below:
Legal Name (as seen on official photo ID) Date of Birth Country of Birth Are you a U.S. Citizen? Do you require any accommodations? (wheelchair, Braille, ASL interpreter, etc.)
In addition, we will need each person's Social Security Number. For security purposes, please contact our Tour Coordinator at (202) 224-6521 to provide that information. There can be no changes or substitutions once information has been passed along to the White House. This information will be held in strict confidence and only passed along to the White House (U.S. Secret Service) for background security clearance. In order to process your requests, you must submit this information a minimum of 3 months in advance.
